GEH II partial new-build – screed works

Summary

Klinikum Region Hannover GmbH is procuring screed and associated floor works for the GEH II partial new-build at Robert Koch Hospital in Gehrden. The scope covers the new hospital building, its MRI extension, work in the existing GEH I building and preliminary screed works in technical rooms. It includes substrate preparation, insulation and waterproofing layers, cement and fast-drying screeds, coatings, rubber flooring, joints and related planning and documentation; the main works cover approximately 31,110 m² of floor surfaces. The procurement is not divided into lots.
