Nice Ice Cream, trading under the NOBLE brand, is procuring equipment to expand and modernise its artisan gelato and sorbet production facility in Castlerea, County Roscommon. The four lots cover gelato, fruit and berry processing and blast-freezing equipment; three refrigerated gelato service carts; chocolate and premium-ingredient processing equipment; and a modular walk-in freezer operating at a normal storage temperature of −25°C. The estimated total value is €266,500, with a planned contract period of four months.
