Georgian Buildings Redevelopment at Opera Square, Limerick

Summary

Limerick Twenty Thirty DAC is procuring a single coordinated, architect-led integrated design team for the residential redevelopment, refurbishment and adaptation of nine Georgian-era buildings at Opera Square in Limerick. The services cover architecture, including conservation architecture and assigned certification, civil and structural engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, and fire and DAC consultancy. The scope may also include limited restoration and remediation works to Quins Bar at 9 Ellen Street. The architect will lead the team; quantity surveying and planning consultancy, if required, will be appointed separately.
