Repair and modification of HVAC units 55 and 56 for ventilating barrier-reared animal rooms

Summary

The Institute of Molecular Genetics of the Czech Academy of Sciences is procuring the repair and modification of existing HVAC units 55 and 56 serving barrier-reared animal rooms in building Fb in Prague. The single-lot contract includes dismantling, cleaning and rearranging unit components, reconnecting the units to existing ductwork, making necessary duct fittings and minor replacements, recommissioning and testing, and supplying installation and consumable materials. The work must be carried out without disrupting the building’s essential services or contaminating the laboratory animal rooms. The estimated contract value is CZK 5,650,000.
