Development of E-learning Programmes and Modules on Public Procurement and Municipal Finance

Summary

The Regional School of Public Administration (ERAP) is procuring services in five lots to develop e-learning programmes and modules for Brussels municipal administrations and public social welfare centres. Lots 1–3 cover French-language learning programmes introducing public procurement and the financial organisation of municipalities and social welfare centres. Lots 4–5 cover the design, media production, development, delivery and maintenance of three e-learning modules in French and Dutch, each estimated to last 60 minutes, including LMS integration and technical support. Each module is intended for approximately 550 users annually; the contract is for one year, renewable up to three times.
