Support for assessing the aviation non-CO2 MRV framework

Summary

The European Commission is procuring a 24-month service to assess the results of applying the EU aviation non-CO2 monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV) framework and prepare a report for the EU co-legislators. The contractor will also analyse policy options for addressing aviation’s non-CO2 effects and may provide further support to the Commission if a new legislative proposal is appropriate. The estimated contract value is EUR 320,000.
