Interim evaluation of the 2021–2027 INTERREG VI-A cross-border cooperation programmes

Summary

The Bulgarian Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works is procuring one service lot for an interim evaluation of three 2021–2027 INTERREG VI-A cross-border cooperation programmes co-funded by the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance: Bulgaria–Serbia, Bulgaria–North Macedonia and Bulgaria–Türkiye. The evaluation also covers each programme’s integrated territorial development strategy, the period from programme approval through 31 December 2025, and the programmes’ progress towards their objectives and indicators and their management systems. The work must assess relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, coherence and EU added value, with final reports, summaries, annexes and presentations for each programme; the estimated value is EUR 135,000.
