Supply of quantum communication equipment

Summary

The National Agency for the Administration of the National Research and Education Network is procuring at least one pair of quantum communication devices, each with an associated key management system (KMS), integrated or separate. The equipment will support a cross-border quantum key distribution link between Bucharest, Giurgiu and Ruse, helping secure communications for government, healthcare, banking, education and research. The estimated contract value is RON 1,332,500, and the planned contract period is three months.
