Conversion of the Náměstí school extension into apartments and the school into a library

Summary

The City of Kopřivnice is procuring comprehensive construction works to convert the extension of the former Náměstí primary school into apartments, including an additional storey, underground parking and related infrastructure, and to convert the former school building into a municipal library with visitor, staff and community activity spaces. The works include structural and building-services renovations, remediation, external works and landscaping. These are two scopes within one procurement, not separate legal lots. The estimated total value, including reserved changes, is CZK 373,668,592.61 excluding VAT; the works are planned for 2027–2028.
