Software for operational command support in crisis and disaster management

Summary

The Province of Upper Austria is procuring an incident-management software solution for its crisis and disaster management. The solution will support cross-organisational incident prevention, planning and preparation, and operational command for participating authorities, emergency services and disaster-relief organisations, with two-way information flows at different levels. The scope includes provision and implementation of the software, as well as its further development and maintenance, under a framework agreement with up to three suppliers for four years, with an option to extend by two years.
