Javni holding Maribor is procuring, on behalf of Snaga, waste collection and processing services for 2027–2028 under 19 lots in the Maribor area. The lots cover light and heavy waste fractions; biodegradable, wood, textile, bulky, construction and mixed municipal waste; contaminated paper and cardboard; asbestos waste; green cuttings; plastic film; leachate; hazardous and non-hazardous paints, varnishes and adhesives; gypsum-based materials; bitumen; nappies; and oil-water separator sludge. The procurement uses framework agreements with up to three operators.
