Design, construction and equipment for the expansion and modernisation of Coltea Clinical Hospital – Phase 1

Coltea Clinical Hospital is procuring technical design and execution-detail documentation, technical assistance from the designer, construction works and equipment for Phase 1 of a project in Bucharest. The works cover the extension of building C2, interior and exterior alterations, an additional storey, façade modernisation and external works, as well as alterations and relocation of buildings C3 and C4. The contract is planned to last 26 months and has an estimated value of RON 100,036,311.68.
