Design and construction of the district heating network connection on Eroului Necunoscut, Păcii and Rozmarinului Streets

Summary

The Municipality of Oradea is procuring the design and construction of a connecting section of the district heating network on Eroului Necunoscut, Păcii and Rozmarinului Streets. The works are intended to modernise and extend the primary heating network and improve energy efficiency. The single contract has an estimated value of RON 3,854,091.49 excluding VAT and a duration of 12 months, including 4 months for design; it covers design documents, construction, site organisation, staff training, commissioning tests and the as-built documentation.
