Contract for services relating to the implementation of a unified library system for Dutch-language public libraries in Flanders and Brussels

Summary

Cultuurconnect is procuring the development and implementation of a unified library system for Dutch-language public libraries in Flanders and Brussels, as a single lot. The system is intended for approximately 300 libraries and will support 3.6 million titles, 22 million holdings, 1.2 million borrowers, 33 million loans and 1.2 million reservations per year, up to 150,000 email messages per day, and 3,000 library staff. The planned contract duration is 15 years.
