Cleaning services for the Gaming Commission offices

Summary

The Gaming Commission is procuring environmentally friendly cleaning and maintenance services for all the offices and other spaces it occupies in the Doorbuilding in Brussels, including common areas, meeting rooms, storage and technical rooms, a kitchen and sanitary facilities. The current area is approximately 1,064.4 m² on the fourth floor; the offices are expected to move to the fifth floor during the contract, and the service must adapt to the spaces actually occupied. The procurement is divided into one lot and is planned for 48 months from 1 January 2027.
