Electronic access to scientific research literature – ANELIS PLUS 2026–2028

Summary

The Association of Romanian Universities, Research and Development Institutes, and Central University Libraries is procuring electronic access to scientific research literature and related research resources through the ANELIS PLUS 2026–2028 project. The procurement is divided into 40 lots covering journal platforms, bibliographic and subject databases, transformative open-access agreements, research and clinical tools, and research assessment services.
