Summary
The Buildings Agency is procuring the technical management, operation and maintenance of the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems in one building in Brussels for the Federal Public Service Justice. The contract includes the works, supplies, services, transport, labour and other resources needed to perform the service. It will run for 7 years, with an option to extend by 1 year, up to a maximum of 8 years.
