Purchase, implementation and maintenance of a scheduling tool for managing availability and scheduling conversations

Summary

Vlaamse Dienst voor Arbeidsbemiddeling en Beroepsopleiding (VDAB) is procuring the purchase, implementation and maintenance of a scheduling tool for managing availability and arranging conversations. The tool is intended to support more than 2,000 daily users and the scheduling of over 280,000 internal and external referrals involving a conversation each year. It will also support booking changes and cancellations, integrate with calendars and other VDAB systems, and provide operational and management reporting.
