Summary

The Irish Blood Transfusion Service is procuring a managed, risk-based Legionella water-monitoring and advisory service for eight locations. The work includes sampling and accredited analysis, hot- and cold-water monitoring and outlet checks, thermostatic mixing valve verification, storage tank inspections, water safety reporting, annual documented risk assessment reviews, two full reassessments and incident advice; capital and remedial construction works are excluded.
