Schools Energy Pathfinder 2025 – Biomass Package, Bundle 1 (MSLETB)

Summary

Mayo Sligo and Leitrim ETB is procuring modular, containerised biomass cabins, including plant rooms and equipment, for six school sites: four in County Mayo and two in County Roscommon. The contract covers supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of the cabins, followed by the supply and delivery of wood pellets and the sale of heat for 15 years, including operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of the cabin equipment. The biomass heating installation itself will be carried out by a separately appointed contractor. The estimated contract value is €4.55 million.
