Design services for the reconstruction of the Křešice school site and renewal of its heating system

Summary

The Ústí Region is procuring design and engineering services, design supervision and assistance with selecting a construction contractor for the reconstruction of buildings at the Křešice site of the Secondary School of Shipping and Technical Crafts in Děčín. The work is divided into two stages: renovation of the main school building and associated infrastructure, followed by comprehensive renovation of the vocational training and physical education building. The scope includes designing a new heating system for the entire site, preparing stage-specific cost estimates and a consolidated estimate, and using BIM, including digital building models and a common data environment.
