Preparatory construction works for the new Police Security Centre in St. Pölten

The State of Lower Austria is procuring preparatory construction works for the new Police Security Centre in St. Pölten, in a single lot. The works include site setup, fencing and temporary access roads, earthworks and excavation, ground improvement, sheet piling, drainage and protective measures, embankment construction, topsoil placement, landscaping and foundation works. The planned works period is 10 months from February 2027.
