Single-supplier contract for Citrix DaaS, Virtual Apps and Desktops

Summary

Electricity Supply Board (ESB) is seeking a single-supplier contract for the supply, maintenance and support of Citrix DaaS, Virtual Apps and Desktops for approximately 11,000 users. The scope also includes support and maintenance for four Citrix NetScaler MPX 9200 units, any required new Citrix products, licences, cloud services and infrastructure, customer success and priority support, training, professional services and annual health checks. The planned contract term is five years, with a total estimated value of €7.37 million.
