Valaliky Traction Substation

Summary

Slovak Railways is procuring the design and construction of a traction substation in Valaliky as a single lot. The scope includes design documentation, engineering and land-rights arrangements, construction, documentation of the completed works and assessment under the TSI Energy requirements. The project is intended to improve reliable traction power supply on the Čaňa state-border–Barca rail section and serve the new electrified shunting yard and siding in the Valaliky strategic area. The estimated contract value is EUR 8,308,573.61, with a planned duration of 760 days.
