Concession to operate regular bus services in Central Macedonia

Summary

Greece’s Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport is procuring a public-service concession for the exclusive operation of regular bus passenger transport in the Central Macedonia region. The contract is divided into two lots: interurban services and urban services; it also covers the carriage of accompanied parcels weighing over 10 kg and unaccompanied parcels. The estimated total value is €413 million excluding VAT, potentially rising to €619.5 million excluding VAT if the extension option is exercised.
