Summary

Lithuania’s Employment Service is procuring automated SMS messaging services delivered through an API to inform clients about appointments, changes, cancellations, reminders and other employment-service matters. The undivided contract covers an estimated 250,000 SMS segments per month—about 75,000 to the provider’s own network and 175,000 to other operators—with delivery to Lithuanian mobile networks and, where technically supported, to subscribers roaming abroad. The service is purchased as needed for up to 36 months, with a maximum contract value of EUR 180,000 excluding VAT.
