KÚPELE SLIAČ a.s. is procuring the reconstruction of selected parts of the KH Palace and construction of an adjoining pool hall with wellness and balneotherapy facilities in Sliač. The single-lot, turnkey contract includes completion of the construction design, coordination, building and landscaping works, wellness and balneotherapy systems, commissioning, testing and handover of a fully operational facility. The estimated contract value is €11.78 million. The works must respect the building’s status as a national cultural monument.
