Renewal of SAS and MDIS software licences

Summary

The State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance of Lithuania is procuring a single, non-lotted package to renew SAS analytics software and Metadata Driven Information System (MDIS) licences for 24 months. The package covers existing systems from the i.MAMC and i.KON projects, including SAS Financial Management, Enterprise Miner, Analytics Pro, Detection and Investigation for Government, related SAS modules and MDIS Data Management. Licence capacities range from 20 to 30 users and include configurations for up to 2.9 million Lithuanian citizens; the specified licence start dates are 15 March 2026, 31 August 2026 and 18 November 2026.
