Preparation of asbestos certificates and energy performance certificates

Summary

Woonpunt Zennevallei is procuring a framework agreement for asbestos certificates and energy performance certificates (EPCs) for its housing portfolio in seven municipalities in and around Halle. The services cover approximately 3,000 individual dwellings and shared building areas for asbestos certificates, and approximately 700 dwellings and relevant shared areas for EPCs. The work also includes registration in the relevant public databases, coordinating and communicating with residents, reporting and digital archiving; visits for both services are to be combined as far as possible. The framework agreement has a maximum value of EUR 1,000,000 excluding VAT, an initial term of 12 months and may be extended annually up to a total of 48 months; it may be awarded to up to three suppliers.
