Summary

Austria’s federal procurement agency is establishing a five-year framework agreement for SAP products and services for the federal government and other listed public buyers. The five lots cover original SAP software licences; SAP cloud products, SaaS and subscriptions; Product Support for Large Enterprise; Max Attention support and services; and other SAP manufacturer services. The total maximum framework value is EUR 525 million.
