Appointment of a multidisciplinary design team for the redevelopment of the Papenplein site in Sint-Pieters, Bruges

Summary

Vivendo is seeking a multidisciplinary design team for the redevelopment of the Papenplein site in Sint-Pieters, Bruges. The project includes around 80 social rental apartments, demolition and new construction, the resurfacing and redesign of Papenplein, and reconfiguration of the adjacent parking complex. The team will provide integrated design, studies and follow-up covering architecture, structural engineering, building services, energy performance and ventilation, as well as infrastructure works. The procurement comprises one lot.
