Heating system repair and maintenance, with total coverage and boiler replacement

Summary

IPPLF is seeking a single-provider contract for the maintenance and repair of heating and hot-water systems, including replacement of boilers, pipes, radiators and related components, under a total-coverage arrangement. The service covers its housing stock in Frasnes-lez-Anvaing, Leuze-en-Hainaut and Péruwelz, with continuity of heating for tenants to be maintained. The framework agreement runs from 2027 to 2030 and has a maximum value of €1,180,000.
