Professional supervision services

Summary

Sundsvall Municipality is procuring professional supervision and consultancy services, divided into nine service areas. These cover social services, including family and individual care, debt counselling, financial assistance, and LSS and social psychiatry; school health services for counsellors, nurses, doctors, speech therapists and psychologists; and work-oriented rehabilitation combining process supervision, consultation and training on functional disabilities and professional psychological coaching. The services are intended to support staff in their professional roles, help them reflect on challenging work situations and develop their methods and approaches. The estimated total value is SEK 6,000,000.
