Bollnäs Municipality and the other participating municipalities in Hälsingland are establishing a dynamic purchasing system for technical consultancy services. It covers all technical consultancy fields in a single system, with the expertise required specified for each individual call-off; municipalities in Hälsingland and their associated companies and federations may use it. The estimated total value is SEK 200 million, and the system is planned to run from 27 November 2026 to 26 November 2031.
