Learning through Experimentation for Adaptive Programming (LEAP): Experimental Designs for Energy-Efficiency Investments

Summary

The European Commission’s Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy is commissioning a study and advisory services on experimental approaches to energy-efficiency investments. The work will produce experimental designs for use in national and regional partnership plans in three Member States during 2028–2034, together with a practical LEAP toolkit to help Member States introduce such designs. The estimated contract value is EUR 340,000, and the planned duration is nine months.
