Renovation and extension of Trooz municipal administration and sports centre

Summary

The Municipality of Trooz is procuring renovation, demolition, reconstruction and extension works for its municipal administration buildings and sports centre at 22 rue de l’Eglise, Trooz. The works are divided into three lots: architecture, structural works, lift maintenance, demolition, external works and coordination; electrical works, fire detection, photovoltaic panels and maintenance; and HVAC, sanitary installations and maintenance. The project will bring municipal services together and share facilities such as the cafeteria, changing rooms and parking with the sports centre.
