Public-private partnership for energy-efficiency upgrades to Škofljica’s public buildings

Summary

The Municipality of Škofljica is procuring a 15-year public-private partnership to improve the energy performance of its public buildings through energy-performance contracting. The project combines design, financing, construction, energy management and transfer of the implemented measures, using models under which ownership transfers either at the end of the concession period or after the investment is completed.
