Learning through Experimentation for Adaptive Programming (LEAP): Experimental designs for investment in access to quality public services

Summary

The European Commission’s Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy is procuring services to develop experimental designs for investments that improve access to quality public services. The work will produce designs ready for use in the 2028–2034 National and Regional Partnership Plans in three Member States, as well as a practical toolkit to support wider use of experimentation in those plans. The estimated contract value is EUR 340,000, and the planned duration is nine months.
