Framework agreement for the purchase and support of network and security components and related services

Summary

The Province of Limburg is procuring, under a single-lot framework agreement, network and security hardware and software, maintenance and support contracts, and related ICT services. The scope includes support for the existing environment, advice, project delivery, third-line support and managed cybersecurity services for threat detection and incident response, including monitoring, analysis, reporting, escalation and incident-handling support. The agreement has an initial term of 60 months, with up to two 12-month extensions, and a maximum value of EUR 15 million excluding VAT; EUR 3 million of that amount is reserved for the Province of Limburg. Services are to be provided at the Province’s locations and, for participating entities, across the Flemish Region.
