Takeover, maintenance and development of the CRM system

Summary

LETEC is procuring, in one lot, the takeover, maintenance and development of its customer relationship management (CRM) system for services in Wallonia. The work includes taking over existing environments, configurations, integrations, documentation and training materials; strategic and project support; functional and technical improvements; user training; and corrective and evolutionary maintenance. The planned contract duration is 96 months and includes five renewals. Required options cover hosting and operation of components hosted by the contractor, where applicable, and fees for licences proposed apart from Microsoft licences supplied by LETEC.
