Cherry Orchard Hospital Blackthorn Unit – Community Day Care Refurbishment

The Health Service Executive is procuring refurbishment and alteration works to approximately 248 m² of the Blackthorn Unit at Cherry Orchard Hospital, to accommodate the Community Day Care Service. The single-lot works include internal alterations, mechanical and electrical upgrades, replacement or upgrading of windows, roofing and finishes, an infill extension, external paths and ramps, and external wall insulation. The estimated contract value is €1.6 million, with a planned duration of 12 months.
