Joint procurement of three-phase oil-immersed power transformers

The joint procurement by the western and eastern Slovak electricity distribution companies covers three-phase oil-immersed power transformers rated 110/23/(6.3) kV. The single-lot contract is a framework agreement for 36 months, extendable by up to two additional 12-month periods, with a maximum of three suppliers. The estimated contract value is EUR 37.8 million; deliveries are primarily to the central warehouse in Nitra and the main warehouse in Košice, within the respective distribution areas.
