Making Strašnická Metro Station Accessible – Lift Construction

Summary

Prague’s public transport operator is procuring, in one lot, construction works to make Strašnická station on metro line A accessible. The works include two passenger lifts from platform level to street level, stairway and structural works, a glass entrance canopy and a new pressure barrier for the metro protection system, together with related demolition, excavation, utility relocations, station-system upgrades, public-realm and road works, lighting and landscaping. The estimated contract value is CZK 174,040,013.01.
