Development of Front Office and Back Office digital solutions, licences and training services

Summary

The Commune of Sânpetru de Câmpie is procuring one integrated digital system comprising Front Office and Back Office solutions, with an estimated contract value of RON 1,761,300 excluding VAT. The scope includes software development and configuration, licences, integration, testing, piloting, commissioning, documentation, staff training, support, maintenance and warranty. The system will digitise internal administrative processes and provide electronic public services, including online tax and agricultural-register services, document management, accounting, GIS, electronic archiving and cybersecurity functions.
