Consultancy and expert services for implementation of the ExpertRARE project

Summary

The Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy is procuring an integrated package of consultancy, methodological and operational support, monitoring, reporting, financial expertise and medical technical expertise to help implement the ExpertRARE project. The services cover coordination of seven partner entities, project progress and indicators, financial documentation, medical genetics and rare diseases, training and digital tools, meetings and project records. Delivery is a mix of remote and on-site work and is planned to continue until 26 June 2028; the estimated contract value is RON 3,065,943.
