Development and licensing of digital front-office and back-office solutions, with user training

Summary

The Municipality of Chețani is procuring the development, testing and piloting of integrated digital front-office and back-office solutions, together with the associated licences and user training. The front-office solution will provide online services and information for residents and businesses, while the back-office solution will support document management and internal administrative workflows. The solutions will integrate with the municipality’s existing tax, agricultural register and financial-accounting applications without replacing them. Implementation is planned over 21 months; the estimated contract value is RON 1,804,690.
