KH Palace reconstruction and swimming pool hall extension for wellness and balneotherapy

Summary

Kúpele Sliač is procuring, in one lot, the reconstruction of selected underground floors of the KH Palace building and construction of an extension for a swimming pool hall, wellness and balneotherapy facilities. The works also include completing the construction design, coordinating disciplines, delivering and commissioning the related technologies, carrying out comprehensive tests and providing as-built documentation. The project is intended to create a fully operational treatment and relaxation centre while preserving the building’s heritage values. The estimated contract value is EUR 11,780,000.
