Construction of a Senior Care Home in Týn nad Vltavou

Summary

The South Bohemian Region is procuring construction of a new four-storey senior care home in Týn nad Vltavou, with two sections: a home for older people and a specialised-care section. The building will provide 80 beds: 50 single and 5 double rooms in the senior-care section, and 20 single rooms in the specialised-care section. The project also includes a childcare group for 20 children, parking, paved areas, landscaping and other outdoor works. The procurement is not divided into lots.
