Maintenance services for audio recording, transcription and archiving software

Summary

The National Courts Administration is procuring maintenance services for the SRS Femida and SRS Femida PRO audio recording, transcription and archiving software used in Lithuanian courts. The contract covers up to 1,203 hours of software support and maintenance, including corrections, user advice and updates to manuals, plus 780 hours of preventive server maintenance. The services apply to the software and associated audio-storage servers installed in court hearing rooms; the procurement is not divided into lots and runs until the hours are used or for a maximum of 24 months.
