OÖ Verkehrsholding GmbH is procuring project management office (PMO), project management and Scrum Master services for digitalisation projects and initiatives of OÖVH, OÖVG and Schiene OÖ. The services cover projects delivered using traditional and hybrid approaches and include cross-project coordination through a PMO. A single framework agreement with one provider is planned, for up to 1,800 consultant days over an initial four-year term, with two possible one-year extensions.
